By downloading or using the NenaLearn app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of Service

NenaLearn provides a platform for English language learning. You may not use the app for any illegal purposes or attempt to disrupt its integrity.

3. Intellectual Property

All content including stories, grammar questions, word lists, and the application's source code is the exclusive property of Murat Tezel (NenaLearn). You may not copy or redistribute this content without permission.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used to access NenaLearn. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

5. Gamification and XP

XP points, medals, and rankings are for educational motivation only and have no real-world monetary value.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not guarantee that the educational content will be error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
